This short essay contextualizes the preceding articles within a broad perspective on cultural globalization. The essay points to a global cultural infrastructure as a premise underlying these articles; it portrays the dynamics of cultural globalization as a global socio-cultural market of life-style identities; and it suggests the notion of cultural cosmopolitanism for depicting the reality of global culture.
