Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

In this article, we will focus on Filastin as a case study, due to the daily's great importance and wide influence in Palestine during the period under discussion. The influence that the Palestinian press, and Filastin in particular, had on the shape of political strategies will be considered through a focus on the following three arenas: its portrayal of the struggles and confrontations of internal Palestinian politics; its attempt to found and develop an independent national economy, and its efforts to improve the Palestinian image in foreign eyes.
