בספר היבטים חדשים של הקבלה הנותנים לה פרשנות חדשה. גישתו של המחבר הנה פנומנולוגית, והנחתו היא כי שני מוקדי העניין העיקריים של המיסטיקה הקבלית הם האקסטטי-דבקותי והתיאוסופי-תיאורגי. אלה הם שני עמודי התווך של הקבלה.
