N2 - The novel "N-Train" concept proposed here will prove a method of launching a train of nano-satellites (nS) based on the Cubesat® standard into the same orbit. Taking advantage of the small size and mass of nano-satellites, this mission intends to deploy a close-formation of scientific instruments using a single launch and flying as secondary payloads, which will reduce dramatically the overall costs. From a scientific point of view, our proposed N-train will provide for the first time stereoscopic imaging of meteors from orbit as well as performing a number of other experiments.
